By accessing or using Aussie Citizen Test, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About Aussie Citizen Test

Aussie Citizen Test is an independent study tool for Australian citizenship test preparation. It is not an Australian Government website and is not endorsed by the Australian Government.

3. No guarantee of passing

• Aussie Citizen Test helps you prepare for the Australian citizenship test
• We do not guarantee that you will pass the test
• You should read the official Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond resource as part of your preparation
• Test rules and Australian Government requirements may change over time

4. Educational content

• Questions and explanations are prepared for study purposes
• We aim for accuracy, but errors may occur
• You can report content errors through our support email
• Official Australian Government material remains the primary source

5. User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe
• Accounts should not be shared with other people
• Where required, you must provide accurate information

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, or republish the question bank
• Do not share paid content publicly
• Do not attempt to bypass access restrictions or paywalls
• Do not reverse engineer the platform
• Do not abuse the service or other users
• Do not upload harmful or unlawful content
• Do not use the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Paid access

Paid passes provide access for a fixed number of days and do not auto-renew unless clearly stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

8. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for details on how refunds are handled. Refund requests can be submitted through support.

9. Availability and changes

• We may update, improve, or remove features
• We may need to perform maintenance, which can cause temporary downtime
• We may update content as official Australian Government information changes

10. Limitation of liability

• Aussie Citizen Test is provided as a study tool
• You remain responsible for your own test preparation and decisions
• To the extent allowed by law, Aussie Citizen Test is not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the platform
