Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid passes on Aussie Citizen Test.

1. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paid passes can be purchased through the public website.

2. Paid passes

  • 14-day and 30-day access passes may be offered
  • No auto-renewal unless clearly stated at checkout
  • The access period starts after successful payment and account activation

3. Refund requests

Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they are unable to access the service due to a technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Refund requests can be submitted through support.

4. Change of mind

Change-of-mind refund requests may be reviewed case by case, but are not guaranteed once substantial access to the learning content has been used.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@aussiecitizentest.com.au and include:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Plan purchased
  • Reason for your request
  • Screenshot or details of the technical issue, if relevant
